There is a one-time $125 enrollment fee for all adults - this is WAIVED if paying for full year at time of enrollment.

What does the monthly fee include?

  • Unlimited office visits, phone, or email - NO copays, ever
  • In office lab such as urinalysis, rapid strep test, pregnancy tests
  • Minor procedures such as stitches, skin tag removal, EKGs and breathing treatments
  • Rubicon specialty e-consult service, as needed
  • Access to our discounted labs, imaging and medications
  • Access to other collaborative specialist services

Are there any extra fees?
  • There is a one-time enrollment fee for all adults - this is WAIVED if paying for full year at time of enrollment.
  • ​Children enrolled withOUT an adult are $75/month & enrollment fee applies.​

Are there discounts for families?
​    Yes! When enrolled with at least 1 parent or guardian:
  • Enrollment fee is waived for children 0-18
  • Families receive a discounted rate for children
