Our team is available by email, text or phone and do our very best to remain accessible to our patients when they need us. That being said, we too take showers, sleep at night and occasionally lose our phone in the couch cushions, so if you have a true medical emergency, please call 911. - If you haven't received results with 1 week, please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If not found, please reach out to your physician.
- PRO-TIP: results may come from a strange-looking email address that is generated by our EMR. SAVE THIS EMAIL to your address book to prevent it from being filtered as spam in the future :)
