Dr. Willnauer is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who joined Health Suite 110 in 2017. He attended undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University where he majored in Portuguese and minored in ballroom dancing (yes, you might see some moves). Dr. Willnauer then went on to complete an MBA, medical school, and residency at Texas Tech University. Intermixed with his studies were periods of time spent driving tour buses in Alaska and living abroad in Brazil. His unique experiences and outside the box approach have made him a truly well-rounded physician that Health Suite 110 is lucky to have.

Dr. Willnauer’s free time is largely filled enjoying time with his family and all the joys that accompany being a father to five daughters. He also loves ballroom dancing, hunting and fishing, and growing facial hair. Dr. Willnauer doesn’t run on coffee or tea like the rest of his Health Suite 110 colleagues, but he has been known to enjoy the occasional cup of hot chocolate and usually won’t turn down a few pieces of candy left on his desk.

Testimonials

"I am very impressed with the kindness and excellent care I received. Everyone I encountered was professional and kind. I was able to get a same day appointment to see Dr. Willnauer. He listened to my concerns, conducted a thorough exam, and facilitated a same day x-ray. He also collaborated with a specialist on my behalf. I spent a total of $40 for an x-ray, and I know an emergency room or urgent care bill would've been 10x as expensive. I also saved time, as this whole process only took about 3 hours from being seen to being given a diagnosis and plan of care. Thanks you guys for taking such good care of me! You made a scary, stressful situation alot easier on me."

"Dr. Willnauer and the Health Suite team is amazing. They provide great quality care and they make you feel like family the minute you walk through the door. What I enjoy the most; They know you by name. I don't feel like a "Patient" when I come here. I know a few people who gets care from the other physicians here and they rave about their doctors and the nurses as well. This is an amazing place. I recommend checking them out."

"I liked Dr. Willnauer, appreciate his patience and the follow-up articles he sent to me. Yesterday I referred a neighbor to your practice. Thank you and your great staff for their excellent care."

"I’ve been really happy with Dr. Willnauer; with a lot of doctors I feel like I’m rushed through, like a part on an assembly line; where my concerns are secondary to their time. I don’t feel like I get heard out much and I have to fight for their time & attention. A sentiment I’m sure many people feel. To give specifics, I feel like Dr. Willnauer’s listened to me in 3 major ways:
     1. When my sitting pain flared up, Dr. Willnauer listened to me and evaluated my symptoms; he identified it as potential pirifomis
syndrome as opposed to the more common sciatica. Something that none of the other orthopedics I visited considered seriously. An evaluation that would eventually prove to be right (see point 3).
     2. When another doctor put in a MRI request for my low back, Dr. Willnauer reached out on his own initiative to see if he could help me; and it was a huge help when the original doctor’s office forgot my request to authorize it w/ insurance. The place Dr. Willnauer referred to me was faster and, most surprising to me, cheaper.
     3. After struggling with sitting pain for a few months with no resolution, I asked if Dr. Willnauer could think of any other options. Mind you, this had come after months of back & forth, and we’d already covered so many options/possibilities. But he spoke w/ a nurse at health suite 110, who referred an excellent physical therapist. The PT diagnosed it as pirifomis syndrome as Dr. Willnauer had suggested. After doing treatment with her for a month or so, I’ve had huge improvements in my sitting pain and finally feel optimistic I’ll recover. "
