Sandra joined the Health Suite 110 nursing team as an MA/CNA in early 2024. Originally from Stuttgart, she was licensed and practiced as a geriatric nurse in Germany for 7 years before moving to the US with her family. While her nursing license did not transfer, she pursued continuation of her career in the medical field, and was licensed as an MA shortly after moving, followed by additional certification as a CNA. Having worked in cardiovascular surgery, primary care, infectious disease, and pain management in the US, in addition to her time as a geriatric nurse in Germany, Sandra brings a wealth of experience for which we are so so grateful.
In addition to being a nurse in Germany, Sandra was also a sponsored semi-professional pool player. You may still see her in the pool halls around the Kansas City area when she isn’t busy doing her other favorite things- eating (she is lovingly referred to as “Lady of the Endless Feast” around the office), crafting, and spending time with her beautiful family (husband, 4 kids, Grandma, 3 dogs, and 1 cat). |
