Dear Health Suite 110 Members,
At Health Suite 110, we remain deeply committed to providing the kind of care that brought many of you to our clinic in the first place — prompt access, meaningful relationships, longer visits, and a care team that truly knows you and your family.
As our clinic has grown, we have spent a great deal of time thinking about how to preserve this experience well into the future while continuing to support both our patients and our team in a sustainable way. One of the most important ways we do that is by intentionally keeping physician panels smaller than those found in traditional primary care practices. Smaller panels allow us to offer longer appointments, same- or next-day availability for urgent needs, direct access to your physician, and the personalized care that has become the hallmark of Health Suite 110.
To maintain that level of service while continuing to grow responsibly, we are expanding our care team, including the addition of another full-time RN.
We are also excited to officially announce the addition of Dr. Jane Glawe to Health Suite 110 this September. Dr. Glawe previously worked alongside Dr. Vannaman and Dr. Teegarden, and we are thrilled to have her and her family returning to the Kansas City area. She brings extensive experience in Family Medicine, with particular interests in women's health and geriatric care, and will be accepting patients ages 10 and older.

Dr. Glawe previously worked alongside Dr. Vannaman and Dr. Teegarden, and we are thrilled to have her and her family returning to the Kansas City area. To support these investments and ensure the long-term sustainability of our practice model, membership pricing will be updated effective September 1, 2026.

Members enrolling on or after September 1, 2026 will have the following rates:
For many of our members, this will be the first membership rate adjustment in several years. During that time, we have absorbed rising costs while continuing to invest in our physicians, staff, technology, and patient experience.
We want you to know that we dislike raising prices just as much as our patients dislike receiving them. In fact, we have intentionally delayed making this change for as long as possible. We only increase membership fees when we believe it is necessary to maintain the quality of care, access, staffing, and physician availability that our members expect and deserve. This change will allow us to continue investing in our team while preserving the smaller physician panels that make Health Suite 110 different from traditional primary care.
Our goal is not to grow larger panels, but to preserve the personalized care and access that make our practice unique.
As a thank-you for your loyalty, members enrolled before September 1, 2026 will continue to receive preferred pricing compared to new members joining the practice in the future. Existing member families will also continue to benefit from a discounted child rate, while new member pricing has been simplified and will no longer include a separate child discount.
We recognize that healthcare decisions are personal and financial circumstances vary from family to family. If you would like assistance reviewing your healthcare options, we encourage you to contact our friends at Sunflower Benefits Group. Their team can help evaluate traditional insurance plans, ACA marketplace options, health-sharing programs such as Sedera, and other coverage solutions that may fit your family's needs.
If this change creates a financial hardship for your family, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We are always happy to have a conversation and see how we may be able to help support you.
If you decide that Health Suite 110 is no longer the right fit for your family, we simply ask that you provide at least 30 days' notice prior to canceling your membership so we can assist with a smooth transition of care and ensure any outstanding medical needs are addressed.
