Our team is available by email, text or phone and do our very best to remain accessible to our patients when they need us.  That being said, we too take showers, sleep at night and occasionally lose our phone in the couch cushions, so if you have a true medical emergency, please call 911.  For everything else, please review how best to reach us below.

  • Email your physician directly via your members-only email.  Emails are returned between patient visits within 2 business days.
  • Be sure to read the auto-reply, which may have specific instructions on reaching the on-call physician if your physician is away from clinic.
 
Prescription refills
  • Online refill request form
  • Scan the QR code on your bottle (Health Suite 110 prescriptions only)
  • Email our nurses at hello@healthsuite110.com.  Please include: name of medication, strength of medication & requested supply.
**Medications can be picked up during regular business hours OR we are happy to leave in our lockbox for after-hours pick-up.**

  • Remember, we sleep through texts too, so please CALL if your text isn't responded to promptly.

A word on TEXTING
  • With your permission, our clinic utilizes automatic text reminders for appointments, verification on prescription refills, etc.
  • ALL patient-generated texts go directly to your physician and are NOT closely monitoring during clinic hours.

Please save texting for urgent, after-hours needs ONLY.  If no response, CALL your doctor directly.  We don’t mind, really!
